CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 70% service charge. Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% service charge. If the fee is not settled, you will be unable to book until then. Please refrain from bringing extra guests unless I've granted permission. I am in a small studio with limited space. No guests are allowed during bikini waxes. I enforce a 10-minute late policy; if you anticipate being late by more than that, kindly inform me in advance of your ETA as I strive to accommodate whenever possible.
